Ride Information

LOCATION

The ride is north of Spokane, WA, at Mt. Spokane State Park, with ride camp at Selkirk Ski Lodge. 

 

Directions
FROM I-90
Take Exit 287/Argonne Rd, and continue north for about 8.5 miles. Take the first right/exit at the Hwy 206 traffic circle, and follow the signs for about 14.5 miles to Mt. Spokane State Park & Selkirk Ski Lodge.
FROM THE NORTH: HWY 395
Take a left (east) on Dennison-Chattaroy Rd. Turn right (south) on Hwy 2. From Hwy 2 take a left
(east) on Hwy 206, which has signs for Mt. Spokane State Park. Continue east, taking the second right/exit at the traffic circle, and follow the signs.

TRAIL

This is a mountain ride with beautiful scenic vistas and forest trails, using recreational trails and roads located on the park and private lands. Overall, the area has very good footing with a few rocky sections. Hoof protection is recommended.

GENERAL

All EDRA & PNER rules apply. Hoof protection recommended. Helmets required for all rides. Completion, First Place, Top 10, Tail-ender, and BC Awards. Completion only on Trail Ride. Weed-free hay is required at all times.

Camp/Dinner

Overnight Campers: $12/night; Day users: Discover Pass. All vehicles, no exceptions. 

This is a cozy, “get-to-know-your-neighbor” type camp. Parking assistants will be available.

Saturday night dinner will be provided

Appropriate Covid-19 Mitigation Protocols will be in place.

It is 4th of July weekend so lets see how patriotic you can make your horse / camp / dog (on leash) / self!
